The Orientation Sessions for the Academic Year 2025/2026 takes place between September 1 and 6. All mandatory sessions and events will be held on-site, either at the CEU Campus or in Expedithalle just a five-minute walk from Quellenstrasse.
The one-week programs start with a “Meet and Greet” session on CEU’s campus on September 1. Students will have the opportunity to meet their department coordinators and pick up their new student ID card.
Participation is compulsory for all incoming students.
Detailed agenda will be available at the end of August on our Orientation Week SharePoint site page (Institutional access – CEU email - is needed to access this page. Students who have completed the onboarding process will receive their CEU email address by the end of August).
