We are delighted to once again invite our long-standing civil society partners as well as new organizations to participate in the 20th NGO Fair at Central European University. This annual event offers CEU students and faculty the opportunity to get to know different organizations in Vienna, to find potential internships and volunteer positions and meaningful collaborations. At the same time, we hope that this event will be a useful platform for your organizations to present your work to an international audience and network.
This year, in addition to showcasing your work and connecting with potential interns and volunteers, we would like to offer you the opportunity to develop joint projects (events, conferences or research projects, volunteer projects) with students and professors that are interesting and meaningful to you.
Participating organizations will receive necessary logistical support during the fair and will also be featured on CEU’s social media platforms.

Date: October 16, 2025
Time: 17:00 (doors open for audience) to 19:30
Venue: Central European University (Quellenstrasse 51, 1100 Vienna).
As this fair is open to the public, we hope it will be an opportunity for your organization to meet not only the CEU community but also the broader Austrian civil society.
How to represent your organization?
Please register your interest to participate at the fair by September 5, 2025.
All confirmed participants will receive a detailed follow up emailwith further information by Friday, September 12, 2025.
If your organization has a project idea that could benefit from collaboration with CEU students or faculty, we warmly invite you to submit it for consideration. These ideas may become part of the Civic Engagement Fellowship or the Science for Society Hub.
You are welcome to submit an idea even if you are not able to attend the NGO Fair this year.
