November 14, 2023

Join Us in Taking a Stand Against Gender-Based Violence

Human RightS Initiative joins the global call for action and presents a series of events dedicated to raising awareness about gender-based violence.

The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an annual international campaign starts from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day.  The campaign calls for global action to increase awareness, galvanize advocacy efforts, and share knowledge to call for the prevention of gender-based violence.

As part of of our mission, we have collaborated with three civil society organizations in Vienna (WAVE, StoP and Catcalls Wien) and a local business to bring together the community for a cause that demands urgent attention.
