Accessible Online Events and Zoom Meetings Workshop

Join a workshop series about Accessible Online Events and Zoom Meetings for students facilitated by Kaitlin Lucas, our academic technologist and Natalia Nyikes, our disability rights officer and co-organized by Student Union Executive Board on February 15th and 22nd!  

This workshop consists of a two-part 45-minute series where we’ll look at how to make online events and Zoom meetings more accessible, especially for participants with disabilities. We will discuss the whole event planning process: from event publicity to registration to day-of aspects.  

The workshops will be held in hybrid mode in computer lab A-018 and on Zoom from 18:00-18:45pm [click here to join the Zoom call]!
